Today’s operation has come a long way from its humble origins as Aerospace Engineering Group Repair & Sales Center . The successful execution of several acquisitions, combined with continuous disciplined reinvestment in the Company, has resulted in a high-capacity,16-department,fully-synchronized, MRO platform. With average turnaround times across the Company of 15.5 days, the Company’s operational performance is nothing short of best-of-class in this highly-fragmented and competitive industry.KeyCapability
The Company’s operations are split across three separate facilities strategically-located in Miami and Spain, in areas recognized worldwide for its thriving aviation industry and attractive aviation-related state sales and use tax exemptions. NExT MRO, LLC (“NExT MRO”). NExT MRO focuses on IDG, CSD, VSCF, generators, landing gear, rotary actuators. and houses the group’s hydraulics, pneumatics, and APU shops.
Its dual military/commercial focus, combined with high demand services such as landing gear advance exchange, rapid turnaround, AOG services and technical support have made the department a leader in the industry. Its current repair capabilities include the F-15, F16, DC9, MD80, B737, B747,B757, B767. B777 classic, B737-NG, B757, B767, F-15, F-16 and C-130. Additional Landing Gear for the Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, P-3, C-130 ATR and CRJ.

LONG HISTORY OF RE-INVESTMENT INTO THE COMPANY
Since the Company’s founding, the shareholders have invested millions in augmenting its menu of capabilities, buying and building specialized equipment and machinery, expanding and improving upon its three facilities, optimizing its financial and operational reporting systems, building and cross-training its staff of certified mechanics, and cultivating an effective cadre of middle managers capable of independently overseeing day-to-day operations. The ultimate goal of this long-term program of platform development was to set up a“One-Stop” MRO operation capable of addressing the entire spectrum of component repair needs for major customers around the world. With demand for such “One-Stop” MROs peaking, due to the unprecedented cost-reduction measures taking place at major fleet operators, the near-completion of the Company’s multi-year build-out plan is coming to fruition.
